Can I go swimming with it?

Ringly is water-resistant, but not waterproof. We don’t recommend getting it soaking wet so you should avoid activities such as swimming, showering, or washing dishes. It should not be fully submerged in water, but it can tolerate a splash, such as when you wash your hands. Our Ringly GO strap is full grain leather and we don’t recommend getting wet.

If you have more than one ringly, is it easy/possible to use them interchangeably and connect to the device from day-to-day without interruption or inaccuracy in the tracking?

The Ringly app allows you to connect to and switch between as many Ringly devices as you want without interrupting your activity syncing or having to change your notification settings. The more the merrier ;)

Is there nickel in the plating?

You're in luck! Our Smart Ring and Bracelet collections are nickel-free.

Is this ring programmable? ie: Can personal software be uploaded onto it?

At this time we do not offer an SDK to upload personal software onto the device. 

Do you make a size bigger than 8???? For people wishing to use your products to lose weight, you may want to consider larger sizes. Thanks!!

We do make size 9 rings, however, this is a popular size and it is only available as long as it is in stock. When we have a new launch of styles, it is best to act fast on this size, because it will go fast!

Can I sync with my apple alarm?

Unfortunately, the iOS alarm clock app does not operate with Bluetooth devices. A little hack we use is to set a reminder, or calendar event, and have our Ringly wake us up that way ;)

does it have gps tracking or any kind of "panic button" feature?

Ringly does not have a GPS tracking, or panic button feature at this time. 

Does it have the find my phone function? Like, can I push a button on the ring or bracelet so that my cell phone beeps so I can find it?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer that feature just yet but it is something we have been thinking about adding in a future software update. 

Does Ringly sync with IOS clock app? My phones alarm wakes the whole house so having a silent alarm is much needed.

How far can I get from the phone?

Your Ringly will stay connected and recieve notifications as long as you're within 20-30 feet of your phone. This range can be affected by your phone's Bluetooth strength, which is subject to interference by walls and other disruptions. But, good news! Your Ringly will continue to track your steps even if you're out of range or lose signal, so no need to worry about hitting your goals.

Can I easily switch my Ringly between two different phones?

It is definitely possible to use two phones with one Ringly, the one caveat is that you have to completely disconnect from one phone and reconnect to the other each time you switch. It doesn't take long to do but must be done each time.

Is it compatible with a windows phone? Nokia Lumia 1020 to be exact.

The Ringly smart jewelry is only compatible with iOS and Android phones.

Can I use it outside of US?

You sure can!

Does the ring have to fit snugly for fitness tracking to work? I have larger knuckles and rings often fit loosely on my fingers.

The ring does not have to fit snugly to track your fitness. Track away!
