Can I wear it swimming?
Ringly is water-resistant, but not waterproof. We don’t recommend getting it soaking wet so you should avoid activities such as swimming, showering, or washing dishes. It should not be fully submerged in water, but it can tolerate a splash, such as when you wash your hands. Our Ringly GO strap is full grain leather and we don’t recommend getting wet.
How do I know what size to order? Also does it have to fit tight against the skin?
The Ringly Luxe bracelet is available in sizes S/M and M/L and hinges open.
- S/M: 6.5 inches (circumference)
- M/L: 7.5 inches (circumference)
To find your size, wrap a tape measure around your wrist.
- If your wrist is 6.5 inches in circumference or less, we recommend size S/M.
- If your wrist is between 6.6-7.5 inches, we recommend size M/L.
Don’t have a tape measure? Another way to measure:
1. Find something long and flexible (e.g. a belt, shoelace, phone charging cable)
2. Wrap it around your wrist.
3. Unwrap it and, using a ruler, measure the section you wrapped around your wrist.
It shouldn't be overly tight, it is designed so that you should be able to feel the vibrations even if it isn't flush with your wrist.
Is it possible to put a moon stone in the sliver bracelet? Or make any other stone/base combination I don't see listed.
Unfortunately, we're not able to customize our stone/base combinations.
I already have a Ringly bracelet associated with the app. If I purchase a second bracelet, will I be able to use it as part of the same account? A girl needs to match bracelets with her choice of jewelry!
The Ringly app allows you to connect to and switch between as many Ringly devices as you want without interrupting your activity syncing or having to change your notification settings. The more the merrier ;)
What are the two accent stones on the bracelet made of?
The two accent stones are cubic zirconia!
What distance away from phone will the bracelet still send notifications?
Your Ringly will stay connected and recieve notifications as long as you're within 20-30 feet of your phone. This range can be affected by your phone's Bluetooth strength, which is subject to interference by walls and other disruptions. But, good news! Your Ringly will continue to track your steps even if you're out of range or lose signal, so no need to worry about hitting your goals.
Is there a tracking feature that comes with the bracelet in case I leave it somewhere or can't find it?
At this time, we don’t have any device tracking features. However, if you tap on the image of the device in the app while connected your jewelry will vibrate and light up, this could be useful situations where you misplace it but it is still close enough to your phone to be connected.
Can the bracelet be worn while working out? Such as running, calisthenics, weight training, etc?
Your Ringly can be worn in any situation, although because it is jewelry it may suffer more wear and tear during heavy activity than if just worn during normal everyday use.

Can you set a silent alarm?
Yep! I do this by setting a recurring reminder in the Apple Reminders app. I have one set for 3pm everyday to remind me to have a big glass of water.
